TikTok updated its U.S. Privacy Policy to add a teen-specific summary document and expand its children's privacy protections to include 13-year-olds in Florida. The policy now directs teens to a simplified summary version and explicitly states that Florida users aged 13 will receive the same limited data collection experience previously reserved only for users under 13.
